1955 was a good year for men

I use 1955 as a reference for when men came home to home cooked meals

I was talking with an older gentleman the other day...He was telling me a story about how he invited his lady friend over...He said he brought 2 pounds of shrimp some sides and a bottle of wine...He cooked everything before she came over...He then began to tell me how she ate most of the shrimp he brought and drunk up all of the wine...She then immediately went to sleep without offering any conversation or help washing dishes...He went on to say, "women of today aren't worth a damn"...
